Shipping and Delivery Policy
An Order and Shipping Confirmation with Tracking Number is sent within 24 hours of purchase.
All items are shipped within 24-48 hours of purchase.
Shipping Rates
Domestic (USA) is a Flat Rate of $5 per order using USPS Ground Advantage.
International Customers in most locations will receive UPS international shipping for $20. Some locations we are forced to use USPS due to cost/availability.
Returns, Refunds, and Cancellation Policies:
Tolarian Library does not provide cancellation, returns, or refunds.
